Some examples for instance is a quote from Aristotle: "Happiness is the purpose of life, and the whole purpose of human existence." Another is confidence in the face of a 1000 no's. From Chris Paul, "Fall in love with your work." These and many more all eventually circle back to our state of mind, our sense of ease or disease in the world we live in, and ultimately, our health. When we were kids, we couldn't wait to get outside and play, or at least, that was the case for me. Whether as kids or as adults, we can explore the boundaries of our physical abilities with exercise. As we get older, we grow to understand that exercise is something we need to continue doing, for extending our own optimum health. As the saying goes, "Use it, or lose it." is very real, and I do though believe that even if someone has lost a certain amount of their athletic abilities due to inactivity, you can work to get it back, all for the benefit of your overall health, no matter what level you are at. One of the keys of exercise is increasing mobility, which is vital for our well-being as we age. Starting out on this subject is once again Rich Roll, this time with a masterclass on mobility.

Depending where you are on the journey of mobility in life, you can find here some great recommendations to keep this at the forefront of your daily routines.
